This Privacy Policy applies to the JustRelax mobile application (the “Application”) created and provided by Mustafa Kocer (the “Service Provider”). The Application is provided “AS IS”.

Summary

• No account/registration is required.
• No ads are shown and no Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics are used.
• The Application may download content (e.g., configuration, images, audio) from the Service Provider’s CDN.
• If you use AI features, the text you submit is sent to OpenAI to generate a response.
• App preferences and certain app data may be stored locally on your device.

Information the Application Collects

1) Information you provide (AI feature)

If you use AI features, the Application sends the text you enter (your “prompt”) to OpenAI’s API in order to generate an AI response. Your prompt may contain personal information if you choose to include it. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information in prompts.

2) Technical information

When the Application connects to online services (such as the CDN or OpenAI), those services may receive and process technical information required to deliver the service, such as IP address, device/network information, timestamps, and request logs. This information is typically processed by the service providers as part of normal operation and security.

3) Local device storage

The Application may store certain data on your device (for example: app settings/preferences, downloaded audio files, and locally saved mixes) to provide core functionality and improve your experience. This data remains on your device unless you remove it (e.g., by clearing app data or uninstalling).

Location Information

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.

Third-Party Services

The Application may use the following third-party services:

• OpenAI – used to generate AI responses when you use AI features.
• Content Delivery / Object Storage (CDN) – used to deliver static files such as configuration and media content.

These third parties may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms. The Service Provider does not control how these third parties handle data beyond what is necessary to provide the feature.

Data Sharing

The Service Provider does not sell your personal data. Data may be shared only as needed to operate the Application (for example, sending your AI prompt to OpenAI when you use AI features, and requesting files from the CDN to download or stream content), or to comply with legal obligations.

Your Choices

• Do not use AI features: If you prefer not to send any text to OpenAI, you can avoid using the AI features in the Application.
• Remove local data: You can clear the Application’s local data via your device settings.
• Uninstall: You can stop all use of the Application by uninstalling it.

Security

The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect information processed by the Application. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Children’s Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact the Service Provider.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
